AMP's Strippit Fabri-Centre 1250SXP Turret Punch is the heartbeat of the factory and when combined with our design software Solidworks & Metalix, our capabilities to program and manufacture your desired part or component are second to none.
Your ideas will come to fruition with the assistance of AMP. Using our Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D Modelling software, our team has the experience and capabilities to model and then manufacture your idea from conception through to a finished tangible product.

With dedicated tube processing machinery, All Metal Products can punch holes and cut slots in steel tube sections often faster than many CNC machines. This can be used to build complete tube products or to process the tube sections for you to assemble your factory in your workshop or factory. Furthermore, we often are able to optimise customer designs to reduce either the manufacturing or transport costs, as well as providing a fast turnaround of your steel tube products or tube sub-assemblies.
Our laser cutting services are perfect for precise requirements, with the capability of cutting through materials with a thickness of 1mm to 20mm. This process and technology offers fast and accurate results, proving to be the ideal solution for a variety of projects.

AMP's Swiss made HJO CNC Hydraulic Guillotine can be programmed to accurately cut sheet metal to the exact millimetre with capacity up to 6mm thick. Once cut we are happy to pack on pallets and despatch to your destination.
AMP's press brake machines are used in the manufacturing process to form the parts which have come off the turret punching machine. This can be done on any one of our three CNC Press Brake's with a large bed size of 3m and 100 tonnes of pressure we can fold alloys up to 6mm thick. Over the years we have added to our tool range and currently hold a large number of punch and dies which allow us to fold material accurately into the desired shape, whether it is one or multiple bends, safety edges or angles we are sure to have the right tools to suit your job.
From large runs to one off jobs, AMP has the experience and know how to weld your parts together, whether it is stainless or mild steel. We have two dedicated welding bays plus four spot welders. Our speciality is MIG welding as it is fast, versatile and cost efficient.
Our team offers in-house powder coating, an organic coating free from solvents. The powder is applied to the product and baked onto the product at around 200C where a paint skin is formed on the surface. Over the years we have added to our tool range and currently hold a large number of punch and dies which allow us to fold material accurately into the desired shape, whether it is one or multiple bends, safety edges or angles we are sure to have the right tools to suit your job.
As the final stage in the production process, AMP will assemble your product and apply any relevant branding or instructional material that may be required. We offer a vast range of packing materials from bubble wrap, foam and shrink wrap. With premium cardboard products sourced from Australian suppliers your product can be packaged in plain, or your own branded packaging material, ready for despatch via our or your nominated transport carrier.
